Guy Strafford
Guy Stratford is a procurement and supply chain transformation leader and co-founder of Proxima, the global procurement consulting firm acquired by Bain & Company in 2022.

Over more than 25 years he has helped many of the world’s leading organisations transform procurement and supply chain performance, combining deep commercial insight with a rigorous understanding of supplier economics and value creation.

As a Chartered Accountant and entrepreneur, Guy built Proxima into one of the most respected specialist procurement consultancies globally, advising major enterprises on strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration and procurement operating model transformation.
​
Guy’s work focuses on helping organisations better understand the role suppliers play in delivering business value and making smarter, more informed commercial decisions as a result.

Ben Jackson
Ben Jackson is a fintech and procurement technology leader who has built and scaled software platforms transforming how organisations manage suppliers, payments and procurement data.
​
As CEO of Oxygen Finance, Ben led the growth of the business into the UK’s leading early-payment and public-sector procurement insights platform, enabling billions of pounds in supplier payments each year and supporting thousands of suppliers across the public sector.
​
Earlier in his career, Ben led multiple award-winning procurement transformation programmes for major organisations including Cable & Wireless and Network Rail, giving him a deep practitioner’s understanding of how procurement operates inside complex enterprises.

Ben is particularly interested in the role of data and AI in reshaping procurement, supplier finance and working-capital ecosystems.

Adam Brown
Adam Brown is a procurement transformation leader known for designing and building digital procurement platforms that fundamentally change how global organisations buy, manage suppliers and create value.
​
Over the past 15+years he has been at the forefront of applying advanced procurement technology, automation and AI to enterprise procurement. His work focuses on building modern procurement operating models and the digital foundations that enable them.
​
Adam was part of the leadership team behind BT Sourced, one of the most advanced digital procurement environments in the telecom industry. He later held a senior transformation role at Maersk, where he led a team of more than 100 specialists integrating multiple procurement technologies to modernise the company’s global procurement capability.
​
Today Adam advises organisations on how to design next-generation procurement platforms, combine data with AI, and build procurement organisations capable of operating at global scale.
​
He is a regular international speaker on digital procurement, procurement technology and AI-enabled operating models.
